Unlike plastic or laminate tubes, aluminium tubes are not affected by suck back of air after the product is dispensed. Therefore, neither oxygen nor microorganisms get drawn into the tube thus minimizing the risk of contamination. In order to achieve even higher hygiene standards, aluminium tubes can be sterilized with steam, EO gas or gamma radiation.

For our aluminium tubes we use pure aluminium (99.7% aluminium). Aluminium is a very sustainable raw material, as it can be recycled indefinitely without quality loss. The recycling process consumes only a fraction of the energy needed for primary production.
Our aluminium tubes are available with different diameters from 9.8 - 45.0 mm and the corresponding lengths from 40 – 230 mm. For all diameters between 13.5 and 40.0 mm we offer conical tube shapes as well.

We are able to offer a broad variety of different threads and matching closures, e.g. with integrated membrane, plastic or metal nozzles, tamper-evident closures, sponge applicators, or flip-top closures.

We directly print our aluminium tubes in-line with up to 7 colours.
Our process is indirect offset printing, where all colors are consecutively printed on an offset blanket, from where they are then transferred onto the tube. The printing plates for this technique are laterally correct offset printing plates made of plastic with a steel surface.
The grid width is 54 lpcm or 133 lpi. Positive scripture can be depicted with a minimum of 4 pt, negative scripture with a minimum of 6 pt.
