We are capable of producing cigar tubes in attractive shapes. Different bottom and cap shapes are possible. In addition to classic cigar tubes we offer double tubes or double-sliding tubes. The corresponding caps in different shapes, for instance flat, round or torpedo-shaped caps, are all produced in-house. An overview about the possible shapes and caps can be found in our

Our main process is indirect offset printing, where all colours are consecutively printed on an offset blanket, from where they are then transferred onto the tube in one pass. The printing plates for this technique are laterally correct offset printing plates made of plastic with a steel surface.
